Income tax exemption shall be granted to the following types of investment proj- ects (registered with BIDA), namely: 1. Newly established investment project (industrial undertakings), 2. Newly established physical infrastructure (physical undertakings), 3. Public Private Partnership (PPP) project, 4. Private sector power generation (other than coal-based), 5.
