1.	MoF-NBR	Establish a monitoring/tracking mechanism to review implementation progress of the recent reforms. National Board of Revenue to conduct periodic (quarterly) reviews. Develop risk profile of businesses and make inspections more efficient through the developed risk-management system. Instruct all commercial banks to send all documents related to a consignment through electronic system so that interfacing between customs officials and C&F agents could be reduced and manual processing can be eliminated. Introduce e-payment of all fees, charges and duties related to a consignment. Make it mandatory to utilize system-generated (ASYCUDA World) assessment notice by abolishing the existing system of printing and signing off the same by an official. Recognizing electronic EGM submitted by the shipping agents as equal and/alternative to paper version. Recognizing discretionary use of e-LC as an equal and/or alternative to printed LC. Introduce pre-arrival processing through the amendment of Customs Act and supporting SRO. Introducing scanner at ports in Dhaka and Chittagong for both export and import.
2.	MoC MoF-NBR	Form a joint committee for reducing and simplifying documentary compliance regime and reducing number of documents required for export and import and to amend Import Policy Order and Export Policy Order accordingly.
